Main responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Host trivia games, bingo, karaoke, dance classes, and sports tournaments.
- Emcee live events, game shows, poolside activities, and theme nights.
- Introduce and entertain audiences before production shows.
- Encourage guest participation in onboard activities.
- Make announcements over the public address system.
- Assist with embarkation, debarkation, and special events.
- Promote onboard entertainment, activities, and revenue-generating events.
- Answer guests’ questions and provide information about the daily program.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures while interacting with guests.
Skills required
- Excellent public speaking and microphone skills.
- An energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Strong customer service experience. The ability to entertain large groups (sometimes up to 1,000 guests).
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, sports, or recreation.
- The ability to work in a multicultural team. Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Host morning fitness or dance sessions.
- Run afternoon trivia and pool games.
